Derek Caffe, CCO -
Chief Construction Officer
Derek Caffe is the CCO and founder of Code Black Construction, LLC, a subsidiary of Code Black Properties, LLC. Derek began his career in construction and remodeling in 2015 working on his growing portfolio of investment properties. In that time period he has completed multiple full gut renovations, new construction builds, and repairs. Over the years Derek has also added floor plan design and interior design to his skillset offering clients both services in addition to remodeling services.
Derek is a medically-retired US Army veteran and obtained his bachelor's degree from Youngstown State University with a concentration in finance. Derek also holds a real estate broker's license in the state of Georgia along with an application for his Residential Basic Contractor's license currently pending. Derek briefly attended Clark Atlanta University for his MBA, but decided to postpone its completion to focus on the growth of his businesses.
